Fieldline WA is a brand of Pacific Build Compliance, which publishes Washington-specific construction compliance documents for small and mid-sized contractors. When you purchase a product, sign up for law-change alerts, or contact us, this Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you share.

• Order information: business name, owner name, business address, phone number, email address, Washington contractor registration number, UBI number, and trade/specialty information needed to customize your documents.
• Payment information: processed by our payment processor (currently via email invoicing; payment card details are not stored on our servers).
• Support correspondence: emails you send to orders@pacificbuildcompliance.com.
• Alert subscriptions: email address if you sign up for WA law change alerts.

• Alert subscription records: until you unsubscribe, plus 1 year.
• Analytics data: 26 months.

Our products are sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices change or when Washington or federal law changes. The "Effective" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will also be communicated by email to current customers.
